Clear primer for adhesion of super antigraffiti guard
Primer Guard® S200 is a product designed to be used as a primer before applying Super AntiGraffiti Guard®.
Primer Guard® S200 is used on:
  • Non-porous construction materials.
  • Primer Guard® S100. 
It promotes the adhesion of Super AntiGraffiti Guard® on the material and thus avoids premature detachment of the protection.
Primer Guard® S200 is used indoors and outdoors on vertical surfaces. It is intended to be applied before the Super AntiGraffiti Guard® on non porous substrates or treated with Primer Guard® S100.
Its yellow / brown tracer makes it possible to ensure the homogeneity of the application. This color disappears spontaneously even if the support is covered by the Super AntiGraffiti Guard®.

Apply using an HVLP type gun, a brush or a roller.

Clean used tools and equipment with soapy water immediately after use. After drying, use acetone or substitute acetone.
  • Apply the product to a surface that is clean, dust-free, grease-free and dry. To remove stains and marks of pollution use Guard Cleaner® Eco Soiled Floors.
  • Metal surfaces should be cleaned with a cloth soaked in acetone or acetone substitute. Leave to dry before applying the primer.
  • Shake the product well for 1 minute before use.
  • Always carry out a preliminary test.
  • Apply one coat from the bottom up.
  • It is essential that PrimerGuard® S200 be completely dry to the touch before applying of Super AntiGraffiti Guard®.
  • PrimerGuard® S200 must be protected from dust for the first 15 min following application.
  • PrimerGuard® S200 is recoverable in 30 min at a temperature of 20°C. Depending on the weather conditions, the delay can be up to 1 hour.

Coverage depends on the porosity of the material.
When applying to HVLP, consider losses due to spraying the product (approximately 20%). 
The figures below should be used only as a general guideline:
  • Mineral surfaces with very low porosity: 15 to 20 m²/litre.
  • Metal or plastic surfaces: 20 to 25 m²/litre.
  • Keep in a dry place (between 5°C and 30°C).
  • Storage: 6 months following the production date when kept in the original unopened container.
  • The product tends to take the form of two phases (a phenomenon known as syneresis) during storage. It is therefore essential to shake the can for 1 minute before use.
  • Do not treat surfaces until they have first been cleaned of all atmospheric pollution and all stains.
  • For ideal application and effective protection, it is essential that PrimerGuard® S200 be used when the substrate temperature is between 10°C and 30°C.
  • Do not apply in rain or very hot weather. Air temperature between 5°C and 30°C.
  • Do not dilute or mix with another product.
  • Respiratory protection: Wear full face respirator complying with recognized standards, such as NF EN 136. Recommended Filter Type: ABEKP2 combination filter (certain inorganic, organic and acidic gases, vapors, ammonia / amines, particulates), in accordance with recognized standards as NF EN 14387.
  • Hand protection: Wear butyl rubber gloves (refer to MSDS for more information).
  • Skin protection: Wear protective clothing or skin protection.
  • Eye protection: Wear protective & waterproof goggles. (See MSDS for more information).
  • If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting. Contact a doctor or a specialist.
