NANO PROTECT GUARD® is a product “treatment, restoration, care, protection, decoration and antifouling, anti-graffiti, anti-corrosion, ect” comprehensive materials such as paint, metal (stainless steel, steel, copper, aluminum, iron, ect), plastic, composite, polyurea, polyurethane, concrete, art concrete (grc), mortar, plaster, natural stone, artificial stone, brick, wood, ect and materials others in industrie fields (oil and gas, thermal power, hydroelectricity, solar power, wind power, power transmission, chemicals, fertilizers, cement, ships, ect ), civil, relics, transportation.
NANO PROTECT GUARD® has many advanced features such as:
1. “Treatment, restoration and care”: used or aging materials, faded, return to their original condition without
changing the properties of the materials and without making films, no flaking.
2. “Protection and decoration”: Rejuvenate the material, challenging with time against environmental agents.
3. “Water and oil repellent": The best and latest technology against oil and water damages
4. “Corrosion-resistant": Highly reduces the creation of rust and the product itself is UV resistant.
5. Simplify the implementation process: very easy to apply.
6. Economic efficiency: extending material life, challenging with time, saving maintenance costs or replacing
new materials and limiting the impact on the operation and exploitation process.
7. For each specific material, there will be other advanced features.
NANO PROTECT GUARD® is used both indoors and outdoors on horizontal and vertical surfaces of porous or low-porosity material.
NANO PROTECT GUARD® is used in new works or renovation. 
Apply with a low-pressure atomised with Viton joint, 2 bars pressure or a roller.
Clean tools and equipment used with white spirit immediately after use.
  • Apply the product to a clean, dry surface free of dust and grease (moisture content less than 5% by mass).
  • In case of use of a cleaner, rinse thoroughly until the surface is free from any trace of cleaning product and completely dry.
  • Thoroughly shake the package before use and use the pure product: do not dilute or mix with another product.
  • Carry out a preliminary test on a small area.
Step 1: Apply

  • Apply in one thin and regular layer.
  • Do not overload the support; all of the product must penetrate the surface.
Step 2: Wipe

  • After 10 minutes, the treated material must be wiped off and polished with a lint-free microfibre cloth.
  • Drying protected: 24 hours.
  • Physical state at 20°C: Liquid.
  • Colour: Colourless.
  • Odour: Characteristic.
  • pH: NA.
  • Flash point: 40°C.
  • Boiling point [°C]: 180°C.
  • Density: 1.03 ± 0.02.
  • Water solubility [vol/vol]: None.
  • COV: < 160 g/l*.
Consumption depends on the nature of the support.
The following values are given for information:
  • Metals: 15 to 25 m2/kg
  • Paints: 15 to 35 m2/kg
  • Plastics: 15 to 25 m2/kg
  • Concrete: 10 to 20 m2/kg
  • Stone: 10 to 20 m2/kg

  • Store in a dry place at a temperature between 5°C and 40°C.
  • Storage: 24 months from date of manufacture, in original packaging unopene
  • Always handle the product in an aerated area. Otherwise, wear an ABEK-type mask.
  • For perfect application and effective protection, Nano Shine Guard® must be shaken and used when the temperature of the supports is above 10°C and below 40°C.
  • Do not apply in rainy or very hot weather.
  • The ideal air temperature is between 10°C and 40°C.
  • Respiratory protection: Wear an ABEK-type mask.
  • Protection of hands: Wear fluoride rubber gloves.
  • Protection of skin: Wear suitable safety clothing.
  • Protection of eyes: Wear hermetic protective goggles (ref. standard EN 166).
  • If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting. Contact a doctor or specialist.
